These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Jpillow.com website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to comply with and be bound to the following terms and conditions.

This site is owned and operated by J-pillow Ltd. A UK based company which provides travel pillows and accessories to the general public and trade customers.

1. The contract between us

We must receive payment before your order can be accepted. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted to us when we send to you an e-mail that the goods have been sent to you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

2. Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed by J-pillow Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use, is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose without prior permission.

3. Accuracy of content

We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.

4. Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

5. Payment terms

We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the contract and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

The company, J-Pillow Ltd, is responsible for all transactions on this website

7. Delivery and Delivery charges

Delivery is free for orders sent in the UK and countries included on our list (click here to see list). The delivery will be sent by 2nd class mail.

We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. See also delivery info.

8. Risk and ownership

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you, or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full.

9. Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order

You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered

10. Cancellation rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made to order/specially ordered items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. However, you will need to notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your contract.

If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty goods.

All cancellations must be in writing and e-mailed to sales@jpillow.com.

11. Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

Or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

Or you fail to make payment to us when due.

Or you breach any of our terms and conditions

Or when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity

Or we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on jpillow.com.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

12. Return/ refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and return the item or items to us in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns received outside the returns period time frame are accepted at the discretion of jpilllow.com.

All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged with their original packing. We will not refund goods that have been used or worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse.

We will issue a refund with 30 days. You are required to arrange and pay for the return of item/s to us.

If you should receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within seven days.

The item is you responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you request proof of posting when returning the item. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

13. Delivery

We use Royal Mail as the carrier for orders and they suggest that the following timelines are an appropriate guide to how long you should expect for your goods to reach you:

Standard delivery United Kingdom 3-5 working days

Standard delivery Europe 7-10 working days

Standard delivery US & Canada 14 working days

Standard delivery Australia 10 working days

Standard delivery South America 10-15 working days

Rest of the World 7-10 working days

In the unlikely event that goods should fail to turn up please e-mail us with your name, the full address & post code where you asked for the items to be delivered to. We will then send you your unique tracking number after we have traced your goods. The goods will usually have been returned to your local sorting office if your postman has been unable to deliver them.

14. Gallery photos and testimonial

Copyright in the photographs submitted to the Gallery will remain the property of the photographer or other copyright owner but by uploading them the owner of the copyright irrevocably grants to J-pillow Ltd the right to publish the photograph itself on its official website or by any other form of publication in any other media or arrange publication through third parties in any form of publication in any media without further approval from or payment to the copyright owner.

15. Value Added tax (VAT)

All prices displayed on Jpillow.com website are inclusive of UK VAT.

When ordering goods from jpillow.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Jpillow.com you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

Any trade marks/names featured on this website are owned by respective trade mark owners.
